C&J Family Living is a non-medical independent and shared housing provider. Please ensure the individual being referred is capable of independent or shared living. We do not provide medical care, nursing care, therapy, mental-health treatment, substance-use treatment, detoxification, medication management, case management, or personal-care services. Any such services must be arranged through qualified third-party providers.
